I believe that in order to be effective, efficient, and successful in all that you do, you must harbor some type of motivation whether it is intrinsic or extrinsic.
What are your thoughts on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation?
Intrinsic is real, essential it comes from inside an person. Extrinsic is more external comes from the outside of a person such as us being college students grades are a perfect example.
